Commanded
by Sergeant Jack Fury, the Howling Commandos (or "Howlers") were a special
operations group used for special, high-value missions behind enemy lines in
World War II, often against Hydra. The members of the Howling Commandos included:
* Sgt. Jack Fury - Commander of the Howling Commandos
* "Dum Dum" Dugan - Second-in-Command
* Gabe Jones
* Rebel Ralston
* Dino Manelli
* Pinky Pinkerton
During at least one mission during World War II, the Howling Commandos were accompanied by Logan, the mutant who would later become Wolverine.
